14 February is Ash Wednesday, the beginning of the season of Lent. There will be two Masses at St Theresa’s with the distribution of ashes: 9:30 am and 7:00 pm.

Please remember that Ash Wednesday is a day of fasting and abstinence. Older children and healthy adults may only have one full meal that day and should abstain from meat. Snacks should be avoided. Young children, the elderly and those with illness are exempt from the fasting and abstinence.
