The Christmas spirit filled St Theresa’s Church on Saturday, 21 December as our first-ever Christmas Concert and Sing-Along took place. The one-hour event was organised by Andrea Basile, one of our choir leaders, who also played the organ at the concert. Jaison Jeyaventhan, from Harrow-on-the-Hill, amazed the audience with his beautifully contagious vocal performances of well-known carols such as O Holy Night, O Little Town of Bethlehem and Hark! The Herald Angels Sing. The audience, many of whom came from surrounding parishes, enjoyed singing along to the carols. “It was wonderful!” beamed one after the concert. “I’m so glad I came. I hope there’ll be another one next year!”

Fr Antonio thanked those who attended saying, “It’s events like these that make our community alive. Being a parish is more than about attending the Sunday Mass. It’s about doing things together and being with each other.” We also thank Jose Goes for coming along to take photos of the event.
